Jessica is certified by the
Pilates
Institute of Australasia and
with regular interstate workshops,
has some of the most
up-to-date knowledge and
training techniques in the
Pilates industry. Jessica also holds
a Bachelor of Science (Honours)
from Butler University, Indianapolis,
USA and has extensive RAD
ballet training.
With an international
dance career spanning over
ten years and three continents,
Jessica used Pilates cross-training, to
maintain an elite level of fitness,
flexibility and strength.
Her unique
experience as both an athlete and
using pilates for cross-training at a
professional level and as a tertiary
qualified professional ensures a
balanced, hands on approach to
this fitness system.
