Performance Pilates is the Gold Coast’s premier Pilates Studio. Conveniently located in Mermaid Beach, we are a fully equipped pilates studio offering a range of classes, catering to women and men of all ages and all fitness levels. Performance Pilates is ideal for mums, muscle toning, recovery and general exercise.

Our qualified Pilates Instructors provide a personalised service, aimed at enhancing your performance – be it for general fitness, golf, dance, tennis, swimming, running, pregnancy, post-pregnancy or life. As a member of the Performance Pilates studio, you will gain a greater understanding of your body, the Pilates Method and discover how pilates can benefit you.

All pilates appointments must be pre-booked and are one hour in duration. We keep the number of participants in all appointments and classes small, benefiting you and your individual needs.

JESSICA PARENTE

STUDIO DIRECTOR

Jessica is certified by the Pilates Institute of Australasia and, with regular interstate workshops, she has some of the most up-to-date knowledge and training techniques in the Pilates industry.

Jessica also holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Butler University, Indianapolis, USA and has extensive RAD ballet training. With an international dance career spanning over ten years and three continents, Jessica used Pilates to cross-train, maintaining an elite level of fitness, flexibility and strength. Her unique experience as both an athlete using Pilates for cross-training at a professional level, and as a tertiary qualified professional ensures a balanced and hands-on approach to this fitness system.

Jessica will identify your personal goals and work with you to help you meet them.
