Pilates is a method of exercise developed in the 20th Century by Joseph Pilates. The Pilates Method aims to create balance in the body through low impact exercise designed to improve your core strength and flexibilty while training your body and mind.
This dynamic exercise system is a complete mind-body therapy empashising the key principles of control, centering, concentration, precision, breathing and flowing movement.

With a focus on 'core conditioning', Pilates exercises train several muscles groups at once using smooth continuous movements which strengthen and elongate your muscles and at the same time cleanse your body from toxins and improve mental focus. With regular training, you will improve concentration, increase energy levels and clear your mind, enabling your entire body to work more efficiently and leave you with a profound sense of well being.
